The Shire of Glaedenfeld invites all to come join us in Fighting, Feasting, and Fellowship at Iris Faire! We will have a full day of fighting with our traditional Golden Iris and Silver Iris Tourneys and melee practices. There will be a full day's activities planned for our A&S Workshop. Site is very discreetly wet. Due to contractual constraints, merchanting will not be allowed at Iris Faire this year.

Directions

Take your best route to I-40 Exit 182 (Fairview/Dickson Hwy. 96 Exit). Turn West onto Highway 96. Stay on Highway 96 until it dead-ends at Highway 70. Turn right (East) on Highway 70, off-ramp provided. Stay on Highway 70 approximately 3 miles. Park entrance is on the right.

Rectangular construction: Nordic tunic	Please pre-register for this class. Hands-on workshop to Pattern, Cut, and Sew your own Nordic Tunic. This is a pattern used for both undertunic and overtunic. Students requested to bring 3 1/2 to 4 yards of material (wool or linen is best - but cotton is OK) and thread to match.
